Residents in our Barn & Horticulture phase have been busy over the past three months exercising their many creative, constructive and collaborative skills, by building an awesome new indoor horse stable.

After relocating our chicken coups to their new position adjacent to the barn, residents worked with their facilitator James Olson to design this new structure, source the materials on site, and work together on the construction project. It was really great to see how much love and energy went into making this new home for our horses. The project came to a fitting conclusion on the last day of group for the term, as the phase participants gathered together that day to lead the horses into their new indoor home.

Congratulations to everyone on such a wonderful team effort. Our barn is surely one of the great places on site where residents connect with each other, while working on projects that benefit the entire community, both now and in the future.
