For the past several months we have been expanding and updating our fitness programming and gym equipment and we are happy to report that our fitness program is having a very positive impact on the overall wellness of our community.

In addition to residents taking full advantage of the wide range of new equipment we have recently acquired (swiss balls, multi-gym, F1 trainer, new weights & bars, punching bag, heavy bag, leg press.. just to name a few), our community members are now also developing and utilizing personal fitness plans. With these plans, residents set health and fitness goals, and work with our fitness instructor on methods, techniques and timelines to achieve these goals.

It is tremendous to see so many people, with various fitness backgrounds, working together to achieve their personal best!
